Florian began his career at a world-renowned audit and advisory firm, before joining a major Belgian multi-family group. He joined the Private Wealth team at NEXEA in 2026.
Florian advises numerous family-owned groups and their shareholders on issues relating to governance, wealth structuring and succession. He is also frequently involved in group restructuring transactions, both in Belgium and internationally.
Florian has developed a strong affinity for tax law. In 2022, he won the Fiscalist Challenge, a national competition organized by the Belgian tax authorities, covering the four main areas of Belgian taxation. He is also the author of several publications in the field of tax law.
